# Get Started

Start here to go from an unboxed ThermoFlex kit to your first muscle contraction, plus the safety rules that keep you and the hardware intact

New to Delta Robotics hardware? This is the on-ramp. Get the software installed, run your first muscle contraction, and understand the hazards before you send current through anything.

If you have a ThermoFlex evaluation kit, work through the pages below in order. If you already know the hardware, jump straight to the [Quickstart](/docs/get-started/quickstart.md).
